Special Educator

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Inclusion Support Teacher to help create an inclusive learning environment for students with special needs. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure that all students have equal access to education and opportunities to succeed.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with special needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Provide direct instructional support to students in inclusive settings
- Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as needed
- Work with parents and caregivers to support students' learning and development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in inclusive education and work to continuously improve teaching strategies

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology or related field
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices and learning strategies
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
