Job Description

Summary:
The School HR Officer plays a crucial role in closely coordinating with school leadership to align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall goals and objectives of the institution. This role requires facilitating effective communication, providing HR support and guidance to senior leadership, and collaborating on decisions related to staff management and development.

Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with school leadership to understand their HR needs and challenges, and develop HR solutions that support the school's strategic objectives.
- Provide HR consultation and support to school leaders on matters such as organizational planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Work closely with the school principal, department heads, and other key stakeholders to address staffing needs, performance management, and professional development opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR roles that involve working closely with senior management or school leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
