We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Job Responsibility:
1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
4. Handle all company inquiries and sort and distribute mail.
5. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments.
6. Update calendars and schedule meetings.
7. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Professional attitude and appearance.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
