Learning Support Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant who is ABA trained and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to students with learning disabilities in an educational setting.

Job Responsibility:
- Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Assisting students with academic tasks and activities
- Supporting students with behavioral and social skills development
- Collaborating with teachers and therapists to provide comprehensive support
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and behavior

Candidate Requirements:
- ABA training and certification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy towards students with special needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
