Homeroom Teacher - Year 1

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our team and oversee a Year 1 classroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and monitoring the progress of students.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for Year 1 students.
- Provide a nurturing and supportive classroom environment for students.
- Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments and feedback.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student behavior and academic performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate school activities and events.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Homeroom Teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
