Floating Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

• Provide in-class support and monitor student progress for learners with diverse learning needs.
• Implement internal SEND assessment toolkits to identify students’ learning needs and potential barriers to learning.
• Implement support strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and inclusion support plans.
• Attend and contribute to parent meetings to support student progress and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with teachers and the Inclusion Team to plan and review support strategies.
