Class Teacher - Year 1

Summary:
The Class Teacher for Year 1 will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, delivering the curriculum effectively, and monitoring the progress of each student in their class.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the curriculum for Year 1 students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and monitor the progress of each student and provide feedback to parents and school management.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education.
- Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in teaching Year 1 students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Understanding of child development and different learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
