Teacher Assistant - UAE National ONLY

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Teacher Assistant who is passionate about education and dedicated to supporting classroom activities. This role is only open to UAE Nationals.

Job Responsibility:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and supporting students in their learning activities.
- Supervise students during class time and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help or attention.
- Help in preparing materials and resources for lessons.
- Assist in monitoring and assessing student progress.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE National.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a school setting is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about supporting students in their learning journey.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff members.

Skills:
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
- Knowledge of UAE education system and curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist in classroom management and student supervision
- Patience and empathy in working with students
- Organizational skills to help with lesson planning and material preparation
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students
