As a Primary Wellness Teacher, you will be responsible for promoting physical and mental well-being among students in a primary school setting. You will create and implement wellness programs, lead activities promoting healthy habits, and work with students to develop their overall well-being.
Job Responsibility:
1. Designing and implementing age-appropriate wellness programs for primary school students.
2. Conducting classes and workshops on topics such as nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.
3. Collaborating with teachers and school staff to integrate wellness education into the curriculum.
4. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of wellness programs and making adjustments as needed.
5. Providing guidance and support to students facing physical or mental health challenges.
6. Promoting a positive and supportive school environment that values wellness and self-care.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Health Sciences, or a related field.
2. Proven experience working with children in an educational or wellness setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of health and wellness principles.
5. Ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student well-being.
