Job Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Islamic Education with experience in UAE schools to lead the Islamic Education department across the whole school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Islamic Education program that aligns with the school's mission and values.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a dynamic and engaging Islamic Education curriculum that caters to students of all ages.
- Lead a team of Islamic Education teachers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with school leadership to ensure that Islamic values are integrated into all aspects of school life.
- Organize and oversee Islamic events, celebrations, and activities throughout the academic year.
- Ensure that Islamic Education standards meet or exceed MOE curriculum requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading an Islamic Education department or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for promoting Islamic values in an educational setting.
