Deep Understanding: Demonstrate a profound understanding of wellbeing principles and their application in a primary school setting.
Curriculum Adherence: Ability to seamlessly integrate wellbeing concepts into action, inside and outside the classroom setting.
Individualized Support: Provide individualized support in class to students who may be facing challenges related to wellbeing, offering guidance, resources, and referrals as needed and initiatives, such as mindfulness exercises, wellness workshops, and community service projects.
Personal Commitment: Personally grasp the importance of nurturing wellbeing in young learners and be driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Strong ICT Skills: Proficiency in ICT tools and platforms, enabling you to leverage technology for wellbeing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field: Possess a relevant academic background, with a degree in education, psychology, counselling, or a related discipline.
Teaching Experience: Have prior experience as a primary school teacher, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences for young learners.
Wellbeing Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in the field of wellbeing, including a deep understanding of key concepts, theories, and strategies for promoting mental, emotional, and physical health.
Team Player: Be a collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, contributing positively to a supportive and inclusive school culture.
