Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver compelling English language lessons to primary students, ensuring alignment with the British National curriculum.
• Develop and implement instructional strategies that enhance reading comprehension and literary analysis skills among students.
• Regularly assess student progress through both formative and summative assessments, and adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate best practices and innovations that support the school’s goals of maintaining high academic standards.
• Engage with the school community, providing updates on student progress and curriculum objectives.
Required Qualifications: ð
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or English.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in primary education with a strong focus on English teaching.
• Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance and sustain high academic and reading standards.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and dynamic educational environment.
